  • Europe Orders: 10–14 working days

  • North America Orders: 14–21 working days

All orders are shipped via tracked Royal Mail delivery. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@shopminkandmane.co and we will work to resolve the matter.
