At The Mink & Mane Co. every order is made to order, ensuring your bundles are prepared fresh, especially for you.

We take care with every step so your hair arrives in perfect condition.

Our processing time is 3 business days. During this period, tracking details are not yet available.

Your Royal Mail  Tracked & Signed tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is ready to dispatch.

Please note that tracking may become available at any point within the delivery timeframe, depending on when your order is prepared for shipment.

You’ll receive your tracking automatically the moment your order is ready to go

​We ship all orders using tracked Royal Mail delivery to ensure your bundles arrive safely and on time. 

Every order is carefully prepared and undergoes a quality check before dispatch.

FOR HALF WIG ORDERS ONLY: All half wigs are made to order and require a production period of up to 10 working days. The delivery timeframes outlined below refer to the shipping period after your wig has been completed and prepared for dispatch.

If you need support with your order, we ask that you contact us once the 3-business day processing time and full delivery timeframe have elapsed, so we can provide accurate information.
